I'm surprised nobody mentioned eating a big greasy breakfast before going to bed,and a lot of water is also the most important.But if i eat a some eggs and bacon and taters at 3 in the morning before i go to bed I wake up with a great big dump and some coffee and feel like a million bucks.Only time i felt like chit was when i forgot to eat.In fact a friend and I used to say we didn,t have a drinking problem when we felt like chit ,we had an eating problem.

I spent four years drinking 15 beers and 5 or 6 clear screwdrivers a day everyday on five hours of sleep and survived on this remedy.
