I got bitten by that ( boat racing bug) in the spring of 1998 and for years now been suffering from Racing fever, Long hours with no sleep,Sunburns, and light wallet. The latter being the worst. I thought after winning the Worlds in 2004 it would fade away but it has not. My kids and family have put the brakes on the races but I find myself daydreaming about being one of 22 F2 boats at pin 1, or any of the thousand other memorable moments that I've experience. Is there a cure?

Join the club, I got bit in the early 80`s and I cant seem to shake it. The said thing is every time I THINK i have just enough $$ to put something together something always comes up.
I have some great memories, I just wished I was smart enough to bring a camera so I can now share with my boys.
