Where can One get a rack like that? I am looking at building in my theater system, not NEARLY as much stuff as what is in the picture... and was wondering if the rack was a good way to go, or just put em on shelves and say screw it. The area where I want to put the equiptment has a closet behind it, so i was going to cut out the rear wall of that and put a door there so I could access the stuff... There are only 4 pieces of equiptment right now... the Yamaha amp, Monster power line conditioner, VCR, and DVD player

The racks are made by Middle Atlantic in NJ. Their web address is www.middleatlantic.com. They have a few versions of the racs. They are DEFINATLY the way to go. I WILL NOT do a system with out them. You will have less repairs and the look great if you use the RSH custom cut shelving units. The racks that are in the picture are the AX racks. They also make a rack system that does not need the rails and stand (expensive). What you can do is also get a set up from them that has its own built in rails. I think they are the SASA racks. They pull out and pivot. DO NOT get the one that does not pivot as that will not allow you access to the back fo the equipment (no idea what they were thinking with that one. Sounds to me like the best bet for ya would be the opening in the closet if it would not be to hard. Hope that helps
