OT Dodge Ram recall warning
We are in the middle of a mirror recall on the 02-03 Ram DR body style. The recall replaces the locking cam between the head and the body of the mirror as they have had some cases where the head just starts spinning all by itself. DON'T let them do this recall on your truck if your mirrors are OK. About half the mirror glasses are breaking when the tech tries to install the new parts, and now the glasses are on BO because of the sudden demand. My guess is that they will either cancel or modify this recall. I'll let you know when we see the new bulletin.
