TFLB that divorce diet is the best. I actually know a cutie at the gym who was 250 before her divorce.

I'm down about 7lbs. Completed a 5k in 26:47. Possibly running a 5 miler next weekend.

Yep, the divorce/breakup diet is the best...almost effortless! But then I got married again and it all comes back!

i started drinking and partying too much after my big D....and not going to the gym anymore didn't help either (2years)....but i'm back to being the diet nazi again....

one of Dre' students killed his family, with a shotgun, last night....high school is not what it was when i was there! this is in a rich district too....so i'm sure we are going out for a drink tonight!...her bubbly and my diet coke....maybe i'll take a cigar.

Since Christmas I'm down close to 20lbs. Not really trying hard Just changing my eating habits and only drinking on the weekends , well maybe one day during the week. Also a small amount of cardio.
Still got about 20-25 more to go, now it's time to really try hard.
