i was watching the Sampson's' the other night where Homer had his jaw wired shut...reminded me of the diet thread here....that show cracks me up!

i'm looking forward to drinking again...i say that but don't....hummm Captain M. and diet coke!!!

-20lbs and lost 7% body fat. Since the O'lady filed for divorse I gotta be looking good so I find a new hottie.

I was thinking of doing a similar thread. Last summer I dropped 50 pounds. Over the winter being layed up after some surgeries, I gained 18 back. I'm happy to report that I am back down 10. Another 10 to go.
