I have found a cheeper route is to say 3 Hail Mary's and hammer it:D
|
Chine walking is a result of flat water :D
|
You may want to ask Darin @ Houston Propellor but I've heard that chinewalking can sometimes be related to too much prop diameter. I'm not an expert but have heard that can be one of the reasons....how's the bottom of your boat?
Well...this should get you started! Good luck and let us know what you find is the culprit. |
that can be a reason. it certainly isn't flat water.

check your motor mounts. If the are old it will cause chine walking. You need soild aluminum. You can buy them at bobs machine.
|
Do you have a little toe in on the drives? About 1/2 inch difference between the nose cone and the end of the prop shaft might help.
Are you spinning in or out? |
trim plates
the motors are 2.5 offshores they have soild motor mounts

chine walk
im turn the motors in and have them set dead straight
