1. Eickert conducted business for 10 years without financial problems. Julie shows up and within one year the company is being sued on multiple front due to Julie's misconduct.

2. review of the bookwork would show substantial theft from the KEPP accounts, monet being paid to Ms. sullivan for her car payments, boat deals gone bad, mototr being traded to pay personal debt, large checks to her boyfriend and family , all while Keith did not draw a salary, was not paid rent on the building, etc.

3. and as a final blow she steals his company.

4. Keith got robbed

5... 4... 3... 2... 1... "POOF!!!!"

Funny thing is that the board gods seem to be "hands off" lately unless things are totally out of control so I would not expect to hear from them unless it really gets crazy.

I'd certainly like to hear what Phantom heard through the grapevine. Most everything that has been posted here and elsewhere tends to suggest Ms. Sullivan and her dealings with Mr. Eickert have a distinct odor of dead fish.

Might be manure, might be true. All I know is that I've heard enough to take my business elsewhere. Lots of folks make the same type of parts as KEPP; in fact, KEPP is not even building their own engines anymore. In the past, a KEPP product had the backing of Keith himself - I'd venture to say that was a major selling point of the brand. Now, that is no longer true.

Will we ever hear the 'Real" story?????

Hey its tomorrow and the post is still here. So....is there any other info to go with the popcorn or was Kernan all poof and no proof?

I have heard nothing on this subject other than what has been posted on this board. And I think I missed a lot of it due the the poof factor. What I would like to know is if anyone is taking legal action?

Mike 35.... I believe yes, you do lose your post count when a thread gets poofed... But I have been known to be wrong before!... Has anyone noticed that after the first thread no one has talked about what he posted for the most part, it has evolved into something else? hehe
