Looking for my old boat...
I'm trying to find the new owner of my old boat.
"CASH BAR" was a 1988 8.8 meter Fountain w/454's. I had her on Lake Lanier last Summer. She was sold in Nov. The dealer closed, so I can't use him to locate her. She had red/grey/black checker graphics that had been covered in purple/yellow/orange vinyl. The cockpit was completely redone except the dash. The cabin was still red/grey.
There are some past issues/safety concerns. If anyone knows this boat please contact me or have the new owner do it.

Hey buddy, how has life been treating you and amanda?
Did you try to contact fountain? They may have a record change from the new owner buying parts or something! Recently I was pricing some parts online and the website asked for a hull #.
Anyway are you still shopping? I just ran into a pretty clean 97 35 with twin 500's. PM me if you like and I will get the particulars.

Good to hear from you. Amanda and I are good. Thanks for the idea. I'll call Fountain Thurs. I'll touch base soon about a new boat, although I don't think it will be a Fountain. Maybe a nice Powerplay or something.

It has not been registered again in Ga. My reg. was good til '05, so the new owner might wait if they are doin upgrades or something. Thanks for the idea.
