Because of this stupid website, people now call me PhantomChaos, or Phantom, or just Chaos. Doesn't even mater what my real name used to be!!
YEP!
I went down this road late last year with a client. They received an expensive unit of ours, and their specific application of our product revealed what could be considered a minor flaw in the design.
Nearly six months later, we championed the issue after a huge engineering redesign, hundreds and hundreds of hours of labor, and 10's of thousands in new components and PCB's. The only original part in the four-drawer design was the friggin outside sheet-metal casings!
Our client stuck by us during this period hoping that we would come through as they were committed to us as well with software development specifically for our product.
We now have a client for life, and a major reference for future potential clients.
I hope this all works out for all parties..........I guess we'll find out next week unless this thread has pre-poof tendencies.

Wow what a turn of events unfolding here. Mark P I will be the first one to help tie that bad boy up at the meeting. Keep me up
to date on whats happening. The club and its members will do what we can to help, I feel sure of that.
Now as far as this thread goes I see two problems ; Bobby Daniels is Jack Bailey ok I understand that but if Jack Bailey
is Cesnna and some others I don't agree with that. This board has always been a great site and the gods have done a great job at building this website. If people are using multiple screen names then thats decieving. Its easy to hide behide a computer and type insults and poke fun at others. Thats all good but when it comes down to business then thats another story.
