Ok so this kid was a party that a couple of us went to. We did not really know what to make of this but we figure there are one of two things wrong:

1. This was a really mean pratical joke that someone played on him

or

2. We really dont have a clue why he looked like this but I could not pass up the picture

Yeah when I first saw that kid that is exactly what I thought. That was a great movie!!!
