the fastest i have been is about 148 totally straight , i can't even begin to imagine 182 and drunk

What a moron. That's 267 feet per second...doesn't give you much of a chance to react to anything. One twitch of the wheel, and things would have been really ugly.

I've seen 175 in my car with a little left on the pedal. I was stupid obviously to do it but the car was solid the whole way. But, a blown tire would have expired my time here. He's lucky the cop didn't beat his ass, right Troutly???

Trout whats the fastest you've ever clocked anyone? Did you catch them?

Second, I would never drive that drunk.

Third: how long would it take to catch the guy in a Police Crown Vic?

Answer: you can't except traffic slowed him down and THANKGOD he did not injure anyone.

He should be able to beat the DUI. Obviously , his driving wasnt impared if he was able to handle that speed.
