With the increase in interest rates, my business has dropped off significantly. If anybody is or knows someone looking a house looking to buy or sell in Michigan I would greatly appreciate if my name got passed along. Even if you're not in the state of MI I can refer you to an agent in the town you are looking in, for no extra charge. I would get paid out of the realtor's commission.

If things don't pick up I'll have to sell my boat, which I really don't want to do. The way things WERE going I would have been able to upgrade next spring, but now its nots looking good at all. My boat wouldn't be the only thing I would be selling.

dude i feel your pain sometimes i just want to say **** it and through in the towl, today is one of those days, i am in sales too and i getsick of it sometimes, but i will tell you intrest rates arn't that high, remember the 70's when people were happy to get 13% and they were buying houses. you just need more listings, so get off your but and go get them so you can get that new boat, if you have enough listing you will sell houses by accident
