Why not a Jaguar that works for me.

d-hlaw is right I can only speak from a standpoint using CA as experience. When a broker screws somebody you can report them to the governing body who will launch an investigation. When finished they have several options release them from wrong doing, fine them, enforce the contract, and ultimately suspend or revoke their license. Also since they are bonded you can attach the bond to recoup any awarded damages.
