Very Very VERY good to see. If he is found guilty I hope he is strung up by his toenails. He should never be able to drive a boat again, period.

Hopefully the law will hammer the guilty....

Thanks troutly...I didnt know that...We all have been wondering what was happening in this case.

Crazyhorse : I agree completly about innocent untill proven guilty....But....Those of us that live here and know the "Facts" of this case find his excuses beyond belief !!
