1. Great....now translate please.

2. Did APBA Detroit sign a new contract with the LLC.....OR...with another group called ORL? If so would the bankruptcy of LLC terminate the agreement?

Detroit signed a brand new license with a new company called KHAMAN Holdings, Inc., a group composed mostly of the original LLC shareholders, but excluding Mr. Mills.

As to the second question, the answer is no, but the LLC is not declaring bankruptcy.

Thanks for asking though Rich.

Okay so an LLC bankruptcy...(which isn't going to happen)....would not interrupt most of the current LLC's members' new 5 year strangle hold on APBA Detroit's testes.....

And a new company....has the contract with APBA Detroit.

This is one of those things that on the surface makes no sense......

But heaven help the guy who questions it....

so I won't.....

T2x....... wondering who was asleep at Detroit's switch this time
