I let my buddy drive it so we could race my 900RR. I was surprised...The bashee smoked the bike up until about 60MPH when the bike hit second gear.

P.S. been there done this.. When she blew it was in the driveway and a piece of the case hit my then girlfriend in the head, she was actually bleeding..

Re Jet and watch the coolant, it can freeze while you ride if it is not strong enough, also you can get cold seize and that would be much worse than detonation. Thats a quick fix, i did it on the trail once after a buddy got the parts. Get a sled and never worry again.
