I know how u feel.
I have to go in on Christmas Eve morning and have my shoulder scoped...torn rotator cuff. Merry Christmas...lmao.

I also know two people who had this procedure done and they could not be happier. As far as your rehab goes, this will sound silly I know, do as much as you can but don't over do it. The "burning" from the incision will be the worst aspect of it, should only last two maybe three days. Best of luck for a speedy and full recovery.

David, The next 48 hours will be the worst (anticipation). We are all thinking about you and if you or Sonya need anything at all call. I am sure the sponge baths will be very relaxing We have a spot reserved for you on the back seat of the 350 for the Chill Out so get well soon! Good Luck
