Guys ... every boat thats HAND built is gonna have some wavey lines on a big hull side ... especially a 51 .... That said ... I still love the OL's and may own one sooner or later ??? ALL the Apaches are wavey !!! The only really straight V 's I've been around so far are the Dragon (all mold work done by computer) and Powerplay comes to mind as being super straight as well . Keep in mind that this doesn't really hamper the boats performance or handling ... It's only important on the trailer......... Think you could hide some flaws in this graffic ???

Any plug that doesn't have hundreds and hundreds of hours of sanding and fairing, is bound to birth a mold that will create hulls that have some waves.

And why are some boats considered hand built... are there some that are built by robots? I thought all boats were built by people...
And almost all of the HP boats mentioned here are pulled from a mold.
If I am wrong please correct me.

Hey Pete,

Thanks for the timely response, it took you 48 hours to type with one finger on your left hand...

That was you up front with Johnny O? I thought it was a buoy!!

See you in a few weeks, your buying drinks....you need to start paying for your lessons up front....
