Steve, you boat looks incredible! You are a true hot rodder at heart. Nice job.

For those of you who has never met Cignificant, he does ALL the work, engines interior, whatever it takes.

Boat looks great Steve,

Hope to tow down south sometime this season and run with you guys

Thanks for the kind words. I'll keep the pictures flowing as I get it re-assembled.

Kurt, you're welcome anytime. There are two Poker Runs you can consider - the RPBA on July 31st, and the HRPA on August 7th. Or even better, tow down and do both! If you have another weekend you're considering let me know and we'll put together a fun run.

I've had a few inquiries about my progress so here's a few pictures. After getting the boat home I decided to paint the engine compartment. It just didn't look good compared to the rest of the boat. So out came the Awlgrip. I did a little at a time so I didn't have to tear everything out at once. The wiring was a mess, so I re-did it before putting the engines back in..

Of course there were parts to paint at home, so i made myself a psuedo paint booth and started spraying. After painting some of this stuff yellow I decided I didn't like them, so they got re-painted other colors.

The "parts pile" - amps, speakers, strainers, cleats, vents..
