With the new vents and the scoops I figured I had a lot of air going in, but nowhere to come out. So I installed a couple of vents along the backside of the hatch. The new cleats matched almost perfectly.

Transom getting back together. "Martini"s tab plates. New cables. Bottom of the drives will get painted black for easy touchup.

Sea strainers installed. I had a heck of a time finding a place for these monsters. The starboard one went outside the stringer...

The dash mostly reassembled. New (to me) throttles/shifters, GPS speedo, Garmin GPS (under the cover), and of course everything is now white.

..and one of the girls back at home.

As of today both engines are back in and running and 75% of the cockpit is back together. Today I plan on finishing that up, and then it's simply a matter of waiting on "Maxx" for my steering and "Martini" for my tabs.
