Zero are those Latham plates? Biggus' are TOTALLY different. Look awsome with the silver lowers. Is that nose cone one piece to the case or do they weld it on? I have always hated welded on nose cones as the as the filler (read bondo) always flakes off/cracks.

This is good stuff! Nice job Biggus. If I make it up to the ol' Tricky Pond area this summer I definitely need to check out your boat. Keep hammerin' down to stress test those bad boys!
Nice to know that you can take an old TRS performance boat, and give it new life - better than off the shelf Merc solutions ala XR!
What about service though if something ever breaks? Do you have to unbolt the drive, throw it on a skid, and ship it back to them? I assume the dealer network is small, so most people are out of luck for local service.

After spending a full week at the Konrad facility I am confident that in my application, my days of drive failures are over. But, even the best can encounter a problem (like hitting a rock or something) I'm still sure that the folks at Konrad would have us up and running faster than it would take to order the parts from Merc.
Konrad has built their reputation on exceptional customer service... And if they are the drive of choice for the Navy SEALS, they must be the best!
I could not be happier with the product. It feels nice to own the finest made stern drive in the world.

I understand Zero Patience did well last week down in Sarasota with his new Konrad installation. Something about running 70+ in six footers all day long and finishing first??.........................
