Pina Coladas are one of my favorites, however after reading this thread I might have to broaden my horizon.

Some of the drinks you all have listed sound pretty good! Might have to have "new" drink testing party!

My favorite drink is what I call pimp juice
Mix all of these same amounts, in a blender with ice.

Southern comfort
Peach snapps
ameretta
vodka
Pineapple juice
Orange Juice
splash of cranberry


Some of the people at Kentuckey lake Know about these drinks.

If its on the water, I have to go with a drink Tonto introduced to

Malibu rum and Diet Coke 1/2 and 1/2 of each in a pint glass.

Its light and easy to drink without putting me over the edge.

At some point in the evening I switch to

Bacardi and Diet Coke

That usually wakes-up the drunk in me

Shots...

Baby Guinness 2/3 Kaluha on the bottom Baileys layered on the top.

For the ladies is Liquid Panty Remover---Southern Comfort and Coke

Captain Morgan's Steamy Applecolada Dream


Ingredients:
4 oz Apple cider
1/2 oz Captain Morgan's Spiced rum
1/2 oz Coconut rum (Parrot Bay)
1/2 oz apple Pucker

Mixing instructions:
Start with hot or steamed apple cider. Add equal parts apple schnapps, spiced rum and coconut rum. Stir.

Then Just Sit Back and Enjoy

Talking Catalina Margarita

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Tequila
1 oz Peach schnapps
1 oz Blue Curacao
4 oz Sour mix

Mixing instructions:

Shake with cracked ice and strain into chilled cocktail or margarita glass

Default A few more of my Favorite's

Celebration

Ingredients:

2 1/2 parts Gold rum
1 part Brandy
1 part Triple sec
1 part Lemon juice
5 drops Orange bitters

Mixing instructions:
In a cocktail shaker add ingredients and fill with ice. Shake with gusto for half a minute, and pour/strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel, or lime peel if you use fresh lime juice.

Firehammer

Ingredients:

1 1/2 jigger Vodka
1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Triple sec
1 splash Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Mixing instructions:
combine with ice in shaker strain into cocktail glass


___________________________________


Continental


Ingredients:

1 3/4 oz Light rum
1 1/2 tsp Green Creme de Menthe
1 tblsp Lime juice
1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
1 twist of Lemon peel

Mixing instructions:

Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
