We use Trex, aluminum and PT on our customers catwalks...
My personal favorite is straight aluminum. Trex is second best.
Trex is more expensive..... Heavy too.
This 2x6" box channel is available in 24' lengths and is strong and light. We also use the 3.25x6" but it's more $$...
