Here are the "completed" Photos. Got the GPS antenna installed and the "Panel" Back from the painter to cover the hole left by removing the Loran. The boat is running great, We've put 8 hours on her in the last week. I'm going to need a part-time job to pay for gas!!

Helm Done. I used the smaller GPS antenna (GA26c) and it seems to work fine. The Gaffrig speedo is deadly accurate up to 60 and then it starts exaggerating.

No Garmin says it probably won't work if I paint it and I'm not up for a $100 experiment at this time!!

Craig-
can you take a closer pic of the antenna install for me?
looking for ideas on how and where to install it so it doesn't look obtrusive.

I don't have a closer pic now but I'll try to remember next weekend to take one. The upholstered piece above it was removed and I drilled a 3/4" hole behind it for the connector/wire to go through. I just used some 4200 to attach it to the fiberglass.
