When I realized I was in paradise was when I went boating in Jan., and the water temp was 70*, My lake up North(Candlewood) barely got to that in AUGUST!!!!!

Do you still have that outboard boat? Sorry I never got back to you on that, but I cannot make it happen this year, Damn Houses!!!!

Rick, Believe itor not I just had it tuned, impeller, gear oil,etc. done on Mon., Tues. it snow's, Wed., now another hit for Thurs. into Fri.!!!! Boat's back in the garage. I gotta move!!!!!! Dave Should look at the house in Cape Coral I looked at a few wks. ago!!!
