I will get with you and we will add the step pads extending the pads behind the fender (this is why we use extended the frame rails). This will give you a straight line to the hook and a place to stand in the back. Additionally, it looks like we can lower the boat in the trailer if you would prefer that.

Fortunately the crossmember is near the transom.

This is the 35 Lightning ....low in the trailer

NICE BOATS, BUT I NOTICED NO DRIVE LOCKS OR PROP LOCKS??

I've got prop and drive locks on mine, but they are the standard nut & key variety. I'm assuming that the drive locks on Troutly's 382 are yours - never seen them before. How do they work?? Do you have prop locks??

I actually had a drive stolen off a boat in a lift out over water - still don't know how those idiots did it. But, it was a major pain figuring out how to get the boat out of the lift and to the launch ramp with a drive size hole in the transom. Soooo - I'm a serious believer in locks!!!

What I did was purchase stainless steel eyes/loop type and thru bolted them to the rails under the eyes or cleats on the boat. Use ratchet type tie down from your eyes or cleats on the boat to the new loops.

Nice pics, as said before, don't forget the locks. Just purchased mine with Craig at Stern Lock. And of course all OSO Members get a DISCOUNT.

I am needing pictures for our gallery on the new web site. If you have any pictures, and dont mind sharing, i would appreciate it.

As of right now, I only have the top gun in the site. We have done many Cigarette trailers yet I have very few pictures.
