It is awesome when you finally find what you want .
I drove around our area for about 6 months looking for our house and actually found one that would be perfect for us with the boys, owner excepted our deal on Friday and we told the Realtor we would meet her and sign give deposit all of that and she said I have an exclusive it's yours and I have verbal with the seller. while showing our Family members that weekend this car kept driving by. Monday morning I get a call we have a problem there are now 2 offers and the owner wants to go with the other because they are putting more money down, but if you come up with 12,000 more he will except that offer. which if we did then that would have started a bidding war no thanks. Talk about
Come to find out it was anther Realtors sister any way they ending up paying 45,000 more for a 1970's home less frontage and needed complete roof, we ended up with this one only 12 years old and 285' frontage and a view that is awesome. just have to be careful with the boys because it is on the side of a mountain.... we actually ended up with a much better home and are glad things went the way they did.

Congrats Fred! Nothing like living on the water for us boaters. I moved in a year ago, in the permitting stage for a bigger dock and lift now. Nothing like coming home after work and having a brew or three on the dock! ENJOY!....by the way, you can leave the Saber at my house for a while while you wait for your dock and lift...
