Tim G forgot to say the room rates not that bad either, if memory serves me right the slip was 40 a night with powers and water.

They wanted 150 at the holiday inn for a room that is..We booked at the Wesely 85.00 just down from the Hyatt very near the ramps.

Three boats from Cincinnati coming - Smoke on the Water, Short Circuit and Wild Ride. Hopefully weather will be better this year.

It has been blowing every afternoon around 2 or so.

I just did a search using Microsoft Streets and Trips for Hotels/Motles withing 5 miles of the Hyatt and came up with 87 hits. I tried but there doesnt seem to be a way to copy the list which includes telephone numbers. I cant post pics but if one of you with Streets and Trips could take a screen shot and post it, it may help.

I will be coming down Friday, looking forward to meeting the Offshore Only crowd. Unfortunately can't bring the boat this trip. Had this trip planned for spring break for the kids, and the lucky part is there just happens to be a poker Run the same weekend. Sweeeeeet.

Russ, I will be down there Sat. am to also grab pics and run with them partially into the Gulf for photos. Josh has this new digital camera thats as close to prof. as it gets and he wants to grab some action shots.

As for the weather guys it looks great now but I dont know about the wind situation yet, I always wait till Friday to ck that part of the forcast.
