Water in the river was a balmy 43 degrees.
I had a marathon weekend.

Pulled the motor saturday and replaced the trans. Now I just need to bolt it all together and rebuild the port side gimbal ring. After I pulled the motor I went to my buddies house pulled his motor and replaced his transom assembly. We started work at 8am and finished at 6:45pm!

My boat should be all set to go by the weekend of the 17th.
