Default What is happening to my paint??

I took my cover off this morning and found this.....I have had some problems with the paint on this boat in the past....It seems that when the boat was shrink wrapped for the trip down south, something in the plastic had a reaction with the paint....it would not come off with cleaner wax or light compound. It ended up back at the Cigarette factory to get wet sanded and buffed....twice....the first time everything looked ok...only to come back again a few weeks later.....it went back a second time and they repeated the process and even re-cleared it if I understand correctly.....that was about a month ago....and now I find this today....I tried polishing it with a mild compound to no avail.....what is causing this??????

I should also say that I am meticulous with this boat...it gets washed down and towel dried after every outing...I have waxed this boat at least twice since I have gotten it....both times after the wet sanding was done at Cigarette to try and protect the paint after the work....the boat is covered from the elements....with a full stamoid cover.....this only seems to be happening in the red part of the paint job....

It looks like clear coat delamination to me.... but usually it is seen on car rooflines and hoods where the ultraviolet has broken down the coating.. how old is the paint?

could have been a problem with the product.... if they mixed the wrong hardner or something... but it still looks like the clear coat is going to hell....

It looks like possible moisture in the paint. If you leave it covered too long it will cloud the paint. Does it go away at all over time in the sun?
