Go to www.uscfc.uscourts.gov,Look at the blue section the left, then click on "options",then click on "choose year", select "2004", then scroll down to "April 26, 2004" click on the third one which reads:Napleyachts vs. US. (Napleyachts=Nor Tec)
Also www.leeclerk.org, click court case inquiry, click I accept, scroll down to civil & small clams, click case number, type 04-CA-971, click submit. there are several other judgments against these people. Be careful !!!!
