I pay $3300 with a 10k deductible for a 300k value.

86 Sutphen 30' Ocean Pacer,,, surveyor quoted value at $60K+ (I didn't argue)

Insured the boat for inland waters only, trailering over 150 miles (St. Charles to LOTO) / $500 dedcutable just renewed for $700 and some change for the year..

Oh thats with Progressive,, had my Scarab with them also..

I heard that someone from around these parts is getting a new 40 Skater with twin 1400's....and the bill for the insurance is $25,000?

I heard the "Cigarette Racing Team" name costs more to insure because of the "Racing" in it. Anyone know about that?

2600- yr 02 35 fountain 575's coverage whole west coast 3 mo lay up dec jan feb

92 fountain was half that

i think that is leonard you are talking about he bought alcones boat the 40 flat deck,,, he lives here in discovery bay,, that thing is bad a__!!! nice paint and all the goodies.. and he has a 32 skater too,

Nope......this is a 2004 Skater, 1400 Paul Pffaf Engines. What else can you do at that point than pay the insurance?

Get an umbrella policy.

I pay about 2450 on a 2001 302 baja w/ 454 mag mpi's

It really sucks to be under 25 and not married sometimes. Thanks for starting this post it is helping calm my urge to move up.
