That is what I am thinking as well Cord, but I am keeping 100 as my target. If everything is right 110+ is very possible!! Getting everything right takes some time and experimentation as we all know, and money as well!!

Hi Sean:
Can you guys post some pictures? I like the single engine cats. What would you think about big single engine cat like a 30 Spectre or Cobra with big power and two drives on a custom splitter box from IMCO. Get the drives behind the sponsons and counter rotate. Should be more stable? Just a wild idea I have because of some parts laying around.

I would be cool, If you could get the motor installed in the center of the boat, without it sitting completely above the rear hatch. No center pod on the Spectre.

Here is how mine has done to date.
Crate 502 PrCharger 9# boost a bit over 100 HTM claimed 600hp
7.4 Procharger 9# boost 87 ProCharger claimed it had 500hp
540 n/a 93 no idea on the hp
Now I am building a 525sc.

Just sold my 25 Daytona, had it dialed in as a reliable bang for buck combo, 454 magefi with whipple @7.5 lbs for 650 at the crank. XZ 1.36, with 1.5" shorty and labbed 30, best of 99.0 at 1125 feet of elevation in fresh water. I miss that boat

Currently having a 502ci / 750hp motor installed in my 2001 American Offshore 2600. I do not have any speeds yet, but hope to be close to or over 100mph. Hopefully Wette Vette doesn't run away from me too bad.
