No argument here!

I'm thinking the same thing as Mr Velocity, maybe swap out for a set of 380's. That would definitely help. (assuming that I haven't overlooked the fact that you ARE currently running 380's)

I could drive with people on the bow, or get rid of the "Motley Crew"

I'm just kidding, when I had the crew I just idled. I only had 3 in the boat when playing with the wake.
