Girl dies after jumping into propellar!
#31
After they took the girl away, they handcuffed the boat operator and took him away, but we heard later Sunday evening he passed a breathalyzer and was released. That was what we were told by some people who were with the party involved. Regardless of whether he was drunk or not, he's going to have to live with the worst burden on his shoulders for the rest of his life, even if it wasn't totally his fault.

No not negligent in the least bit. A drunk boater ran over the top of my boat and I took the prop in the back. I feel for this family and there loss. I ve been there thats all. No sarcasm or joke at all on this one
