have you spoken with an attorney?? here in Minnesota, if a business is'nt incorporated, personal property can be taken. (i would imagine it the same elsewhere).

i was the dealer in cinti for there boats for a while and we had a 38 ft in stock and we sold it. you couldnt get him to ever do what he said he would do. i got pinched also and he is a scammer. the sad part is the workmenship on the 38 that we had wasnt bad it was just trying to get it done on time that was the problem. that sucks i hope the best for your situation. see ya charlie amann WHITE OAK AUTO AND MARINE
