Is anyone doing the COPS run this weekend from Diversey to MI city???
We are going to head across Lake MI from South Haven around noon on Friday, anyone want to run along. After completing all the legs of SOTW we
are feeling a little frisky

We should be ok. It's only about 80 miles. Thats why you have 2 engines and a full cooler in case 1 goes out. Are you talking about when I stalled the engines in the card line?

Yellow Sonic, thank's for the help out there. The only problem we had was that the tethers got so wrapped up while we were maneuvering around all the boats, that they pulled out and it was not noticeable at first.
The boat ran better than it ever has, it appears that all Mr P's hard work reworking the engines over the winter has paid off. We even saw about 4 MPH over last years top speed. OK, now I hope after bragging about Ian's engine ability I don't jinx our crossing on Friday, please keep your fingers crossed for us.

We have a reservation at Diversey for Friday and Sat. Have you sublet your slip yet. If not and it is empty for both nights I guess we could use your's and pay you instead of the harbor as long as it is cool with Luke. It will be nice to meet you in person, you sound so warm and fuzzy in all you posts

It sounds like this will be a good run with a helicopter and video. The last run we did was only $50.00 and the pictures were some of the best we have seen

What time they leavin for Mich. City?

I had to pull my boat out after Grand Haven (starboard drive stuck in forward) and I'm going to put it back in tomorrow morning around 5:30 before I go to work. Ergoooooooo, I'll still be in Diversey Saturday, but I'll move to Burnham after the run if you want to use my spot. Either way, I'll look for you in Diversey Saturday. Come early and hang out. I'll give you the code to the bathroom/trailer.
