till we hear the real facts.....here is what I saw.....I saw a Huge OL heading out of Washington at 7:00am this morning heading west on 264........It was not XXX so I thought nothing of it but it appeared to look very much like xxx but had OUTERLIMITS on the side instead of the 3-x's
