Sounds like huge congratulations are in order. Can't imagine the stress this week has injected into your life (let alone the stories that we have not heard about), but like you said......you've got your boat. Best of luck.

Hey Congrats on the return of your baby....now lets hope the rest of us can get our issues resolved. Still havent received a title for the 98 29 Scarab i purchased from them july 11th...just hope this isnt gonna unwind cause i really really like this boat. Traded them mine and luckily there was no payoff. I'm waiting for funds from them for a check they issued me that bounced and i still have title to my trade which i told Bill, Jeff, Yvonne, and Courtney i would forward to them upon receipt of my funds CERTIFIED !!! AGAIN CONGRATS AND LETS HOPE WE CAN ALL GET THIS RESOLVED !!

Now the bank is going to the owners and they are reposes these boats. What a HUGE mess as a lot of innocent boat owners will get hurt real bad in this deal.

Now that would really suck!!!!

Guys, guys, guys, listen up!

Boats do not leave Cig, Fountain, OL, MTI unless NM's floor planner has sent Cig, etc a big check that cleared to pay for the inventory. NM is responsible to the floor planners!!!!!

CIg, etc are not left holding the bag. The floor planners, the guys who traded and not received a new boat etc are stuck.

I KNOW THIS IS A BAD ISSUE WITH ALOT OF PEOPLE, I HOPE AND PRAY THAT BILL CAN FIND A WAY TO FIX WHATS HAPPENED. I DONT THINK HE WAS OUT TO SCREW ANYBODY, BUT IT JUST GOT TO BIG. Scott, I truley believe this is the case also. If Bill intended to do this he would be on a Carribeann Island drinking Pina Coladas counting the millions he embezzled instead of showing up at his shop every day trying to save the business. it doesnt change the end result and how badly he has or potentially will hurt people like me. I dont think he is a bad guy if he goes under alot of us are screwed big time

I heard that Bill Hionas was arrested Thursday and taken away in cuffs and charged with 75 counts. How about that!

i agree 100%...no accidents here. It was intentional no matter how you slice it. If it were a 1 shot deal than OK maybe. But to much to often...as a matter of fact. The only people i know of that did not have problems were the ones that didnt have trades, and arranged there own financing or paid cash. Alls i want at this time is my title....i'll take the $$$ loss on the chin.
