You'll love it Cat, excellent choice, and great location not to mention a surprisingly low price. 
You might even be able to see the races from your balcony, but you should come on down and join us at the Ocean Key House!

Ocean Key House...is that the same as the Ocean Key Resort? If so, those are also really nice!!

OK - well that's a bit of relief about the 800 block of Duval. I guess I'll just stick with the room. I've been a little concerned about that since this post came up.
I'd rather be at the Hyatt or somewhere on the ocean - but that starts stretching my budget for this trip.
I'm also watching all these freakin hurricanes blow through there. I know that shouldn't be much of a concern in mid-late Nov. though.
Does anyone have a link to a site with the actual race course? has the course been set? - I've been trying to find out by searching and haven't had much luck yet...
