ok, i just re-read my own post. i thought i should clarify that i don't mean to say that some are better than others or are shown better treatment. my apologies if i came across that way. i can't speculate why it may be so different for others. i just hate to see jim take such a beating when we have had such an amazing experience with him (every time) over a period of years. just thought in some cases there must be more to the story since it sounds soooooo dramatically different that what we know of jim herring.

I can also share similar experiences. Tried 3 times to get a set of 5 blades for #6 drives. No Calls back. You would think for that price you would get some response. He ended up with Mercury 4 blade Cleavers. Ordered them from Randy at Cobra with a return policy/exchange. Had the props in 3 days.
