I personally went to Marysville Washington and talked with Jim, I provided Jim with the "Paid in Full" receipt for the Hering 5-blades. I would not have known about the payment issue had the warranty issue not been raised. I threw one blade and ripped 2 more blades almost completely off. I was told on numerous occasions by Jim that he would honor the warranty, Jim made a verbal commitment to me to replace the props when he had the next batch of 5-blades. That was 1 1/2 years ago and I gave up calling! Almost $4000.oo down the drain! Jim issue with payment is not with me! Robbie
