They were going to stop making the excursion but I learned at the dealer that they are still going to be made but only in the Diesel motor and to purchase one the sticker tops out at 51K to 54K, for a like truck......

The V10 with 100k miles on it is like buying a diesel with 250k miles you just cant kill these motors if you take care of them.

I just sold a 2003 PSD 4X4 loaded with 15k for 36k. It had everything including dvd. I think they are being fair with you.

I wouldn't sell mine for anything. Best truck I have ever owned and a great box for a big sound system.

Only thing I would chime in is that look at the FINAL numbers, and compare w/ other dealers on the truck you are getting. Remember, they can make it look like you are getting fantastic money for your trade in ... or ... a smoking deal on your next vehicle. Just always look at the bottom line
