Wow, what's all the WickedWon Crap??????????

Sorry more of you fella's haven't had the pleasure of meeting him.

I've talked with him on the board, Phone, Email, and met him,
on more than one occasion at area poker runs over the
past few years.

All I can say is Jim (WW) and his wife Mary are probably
the sweetest and most helpful people you'll ever meet.
Alway's have time for you, always very helpful, Honest
and would never steer you wrong.

Tells you the way it is about what ever your subject may
be. Alway's been more helpful than anything!

Hard quaility's to find in people these days.

Wow, nice boat!

I like the old classic lines, but it's also good to see Cig compete with the look of today's hotrods.
No comment about bravo's, don't really care. :drink:

The only thing I find terribly unfortunate is that Cig spent all the time, effort and money on this new boat, and didn't give it it's own identity.

This boat is NOT a Top Gun, and never will be.

C'mon guys, think outside the box with the names will ya!

Oh yeah, Phil if you read this, your paperwork should be on your desk tomorrow (10/7) by noon.
Sorry for the delay.

I agree on the name thing. When someone says they have a top gun you shouldn't have ask "what kind" or "what size".

Also I think the bolsters definitely look good in the boat, but I am still a fan of the big thickly padded, square looking bolsters. some of the newer bolsters (especially sit down boats) are going with what looks like Sparco racing seats that you see these punks putting in their gay import tuner cars. just my .02

By the way I don't outdrives; so suck on them apples. :p :drink:

Please do! WW has always been a gentleman on this board with more knowledge than you have brought here.

Finally. Some inarguable, factual information!

I don't own a cigarette, nor do I own a Saber, but I have to chime in here. I've been a member of OSO for quite some time, and I always read Jim D's (WickedWon) posts with great interest, and find him to be a very level headed and knowledgable voice. When he shares his opinion, it stems from actual experience. I have gained knowledge from his posts, and hope to continue to.
There are very few people who's posts I look forward to reading, because I usually learn something!
WW...you're right at the top of that list !!!
Please keep it up!

All the best,
Hans

ps- I sure do love the looks of that Lip-ship 39

Re: cigarette's new 39

I have enjoyed XR/bravo's on my boats.

My 28 has right at 300 hours on it without a single rebuild. It's been out of the water more than in! (and I don't mean on the trailer!)

The 92 Gun had TRS drives, blew 2 in 7 years (and 1 tranny), not bad.

My current boat got 150 strong big Atlantic water hours and some lake time on it's XR's, which were fine until some son of a b-tch stole em.

It completely depends on the driver, more than the drive. Bravo's work great, if you don't miss every wave on re-entry.
