Thanks for the offer on the condo but, we have the rooms covered. We have approximately 10 people coming down in our group. Unfortunately, none of the gang that was in Washington, NC will be able to make it!

I talked to Tyler and Kim last week and we plan on hooking up with them while we're down there. I look forward to seeing you and meeting the wife ...or, are you buying MORE furniture down there, too!?!?!
