Shane, keep up the great recovery. Take it slow and don't let the bumps in the road get you down. I know the panic attacks all too well. They started w/ me in 1990 and I've been dealing w/ them ever since. The good thing is that they are truly only in your head but it's easier said than done to control them. Try to stay busy but if you continue to suffer w/ the panic attacks, speak to your Dr.'s there are a ton of meds for it.
