It does not have just chipped gel coat, that happens when a stone is thrown up by a tire when towing. That Apache suffered much more than that. In Oklahoma everything becomes ok.

Don't know that he's done anything against Ebay rules.
He specifies that the boat is damaged.
Granted, his description doesn't match the description given by the previous owner, but I believe as long as he does make it clear that he boat has been crashed and is left unrepaired then he is clear. Even if he claims that the boat is structurally sound, as long as the damage was not visible he probably is still in the clear.

The add says boat is damaged and needs to be repaired. It also says do not bid without talking to the owner or seeing the boat. The rest of the add may be a crap sales job, but the warnings are wrtitten all over it. If you buy the boat without going to see it, your the fool...........

I have seen the boat its not just spider cracks , it does need extensive work. but it is not as bad hull wise as some are saying. lets just say if you havent bought your boats new then , whos to say its not been crashed and repaired. and no one told you about it

I have no problem with this guy's Ebay tactics. Maybe going overboard on the part about no structural damage on a cartwheeled boat, but otherwise he's par for the course for Ebay. I buy and sell stuff there all the time. I get burned on occasion, too, but it is still a usefu tool to match buyer and seller.
I just have a general problem about this guy's manners.
