I also remenber as kid going to tha races with my old man and seeing her and I thought she was so cool, That was my favorite boat (kaama) cig, scarabe etc. must of been cool having her as your aunt.

Next picture is a mystery. A few clues help but don't give it away. The exhaust pipes go out the side of the boat....so it was probably a 36 Cigarette. The steering wheel is in the center, so it wasn't Betty's Cigarette as she drove from the right side. Red bolster and white deck????? Sorry doesn't ring a bell.

Dee probably remembers though. I grew up looking at a stack of pictures from that race, combined with my fathers boat I was hooked! Here's a few shots I scanned in, too many to scan though. Lot's of running shots, I'll show you next time I see ya.
