Nope...same boat...they had an explanation also. It's the Lucas Scarab (Nigel Hook).

It was in Powerboat last year from one of the races (maybe Orange Beach, but I'm not sure). I pretty sure that it was a full page pic. Maybe someone here saves their old mags and can look through them for ya.
